In 1992, Shenneng Electric     Power Company was converted        into Shenergy Company Ltd. and        listed. In the past more than seven       years, with active development and     steady operation, the company exerted    its efforts into the main business of electric   power and energy construction.	Dec. 1999 No.5 unit of Tianhuangping pumped storage power plant was put into operation.      Dec.21 1999 New business license of the company was approved with registered capital of RMB 1.633 billion.      Nov.30 1999 Shanghai Wujing No.2 electric power company Ltd. was registered.      Nov.24 1999 Shanghai Waigaoqiao electric power company Ltd. was registered and established.
